Work together! As a team, we'll customize your ideal program based on your goals, location and lifestyle. 

  • Once you select and purchase your preferred package, you'll receive a private code to access and reserve your initial Discovery Session in my calendar.
  • When you book your initial Discovery Session, you'll be asked to fill out the PAR-Q (Physical Assessment Readiness Questionnaire) so I can begin to dot the i's and cross the t's on your program. 
  • During our Discovery Session, we'll spend the first 15 minutes of your consultation session laying the groundwork for your blueprint. The next 45 minutes will be dedicated to assessing your form and fitness levels before moving into a tailored workout for you!
